Bishop Laurie Haller will be in the South Central District. The Osceola United Methodist Church
(130 W. Grant Street) and the El Pueblo de Dios (Latino Congregation) will be hosts for a worship
service at 2:00 p.m. with a reception for the Bishop to follow. Clergy families are invited to a special
meeting with the Bishop at 4:00 p.m.

First Christian Church, Albia, invites everyone to the Kenny Huber Farm, 2321 653rd Avenue, Albia, for the “Living Nativity” presentation, 6:30 p.m. Dress appropriately for the weather; coffee and hot chocolate to be provided.

Aging Advisory Board.
14 – Kids’ Club Christmas Party, 3:30 to 5:00 p.m. Snacks, songs, a video, gifts, and more to be shared.
15 – Clergy Cluster to meet at Oskaloosa, 11:00 a.m.
16 – Albia Banks to have open houses. Information from First Iowa State Bank indicates it will be from
9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and that those registering can designate a church to receive a $2.00 donation.

21 – A bus trip for Senior Citizens to see the Christmas lights in the Ottumwa Park is tentatively planned for
this evening. Pastor Raymond Doser expects to be the bus driver.
24 – CHRISTMAS EVE!
A Candlelight Service is being planned for 4:30 p.m.
25 – CHRISTMAS DAY.
